These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the Namebadges.com website as well as the provision and sale of products and services by Namebadges.com. Customer’s use of this website and/or your placement of an order on the website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Namebadges.com. Namebadges.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
 

Order Acceptance

Customer’s receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Namebadges.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason if we determine we require additional verifications or information before accepting your order.
 

Proof Validation by Customer

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to thoroughly examine your online proof prior to submitting your order. Please note that Namebadges.com will not be responsible for spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, inferior quality or low-resolution of images uploaded by customer, design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process, and errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
 
Due to the variety of potential printing methods utilized to produce products, Namebadges.com will not be responsible for exact color matching unless prior agreement was made to specific PMS color codes.
 
Namebadges.com cannot be held responsible for any legal issues that arise from the use of unauthorized logos and images provided by customer. By submitting your order, you consent to take full responsibility for any legal issues that arise from using unauthorized images or logos to Namebadges.com.
 

Sales Taxes

Sales Tax is charged on all shipments to states that Namebadges.com has economic nexus in. Tax-exempt accounts or resale accounts within the United States can be established by supplying a copy of your tax-exempt or resale certificate for each state customer has product shipped to prior to submitting the order.
 

Delivery and Transfer of Title

Namebadges.com will process and ship standard orders within 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
 
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested by the customer at time of order. Customer agrees that the risk of loss and title for any product passes to customer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Namebadges.com is not responsible for any delays in shipping once the product leaves our facility.
 
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review billing and shipping information provided to Namebadges.com prior to submitting your order. Namebadges.com will not be responsible for reshipping packages at our expense due to missing information or typographical errors. If a package is returned to Namebadges.com due to incorrect shipping information, we will contact customer and reship the package at your expense.
 

Order Dispute

Upon receiving an order, you have 10 calendar days to dispute charges with Namebadges.com related to your order (“Dispute Notification”) if you feel your order is damaged or incomplete. Namebadges.com is not responsible for damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer. After the 10-day period, the order is considered "closed" and full payment is expected. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we are willing and interested in working with you in an attempt to make you a satisfied customer. Please feel free to contact Customer Service at any time.
 

Returns

Stock and non-personalized items: Items can be returned if Dispute Notification occurred within the prescribed time-frame following order receipt. Upon Customer Service approval of the dispute, you will receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product back. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless an error has been made by Namebadges.com (in which case special arrangements will be made to cover shipping costs). If the return is not the fault of Namebadges.com, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed against the refund to be issued to customer once product is received and found to be in resalable condition. Please use a traceable and/or insurable carrier for your return shipments, as Namebadges.com is not liable for lost or misdirected shipments sent to us.
 
Custom or personalized items: Due to their unique nature, custom and personalized items are not refundable. Please review your proof(s) carefully prior to submitting an order. Your approval of a proof constitutes your acceptance of an order meeting the specifications as listed on the proof. If your order does not match the specifications listed on the proof or there is another type of defect however, we will correct the order at no cost to you. If, however, the error was not the fault of Namebadges.com, the order shall be considered complete and payment is expected in full.
 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

Unless otherwise specified, Namebadges.com products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of shipment. Except as expressly stated herein, Namebadges.com makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on our websites. Except as expressly stated herein, Namebadges.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Namebadges.com arising from any product sold on our websites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Namebadges.com, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Namebadges.com retains the right to use any product ordered through this website as promotional material for Namebadges.com. This includes showing pictures of products ordered, including any artwork or logos on the products, on this website, or external sites for advertising. Namebadges.com will not use pictures of products ordered for promotions if it is made aware that the products are shipping blind to another customer or if specifically asked by the customer for their products not to be promoted by Namebadges.com.
