How quickly can I get my order?
Most orders ship in 24 to 72 hours (1 to 3 business days).
If you wish to get your order faster, we offer a Rush Order option at Checkout. For a $25 rush order fee, we can guarantee that your order ships the next business day when you order before 12pm CST.
Do you have a rush charge available?
Yes. Our rush charge is $25 for a 1-day turnaround time. 1-day turnaround assumes the order is submitted and approved prior to 12pm CST. If the order is received after 12pm CST, rush orders will be a 2-day turnaround. For orders submitted and approved after 12pm CST on Friday, shipment will occur on the next business day. If you wish to place a rush order, please navigate to the cart and add the rush shipping fee to your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $75, then our standard shipping charges apply based on USPS and UPS standard shipping rates. These costs are based on standard rates but depend on your location and weight of the package. You will get a shipping cost once you enter your zip code during the checkout process. Do I get a proof of my badge before it is produced?
You will see a finished online proof after you finish designing it. Please be careful to read the notes and check everything for errors before placing your order. You can also view or print a PDF design proof to share with someone else for reviewing, proofing, or approving.
Is there a minimum order or number of badges I have to order?
No, you can order just one name badge.
Do you have samples available?
Yes, we have a variety of sample kits available for purchase so you can review all of your options before designing and purchasing.
Do you accept returns?
Any customized products cannot be returned, but undamaged and new, unpersonalized goods can be returned. A restocking fee may apply.

Please include your order number and provide details on why you want to return your items, and we will get back to you. In the event that you are unhappy with the quality of a custom order or feel there was a mistake, please call us so that we can help resolve the issue and get you the product you desire.
How can I place an exact re-order of a previous order?
Simply log in to your account, find the items you wish to re-order, and place the correct quantity in your cart. You can find previous orders in your account. You can also go to your saved designs for faster name badge creation and re-order. Reordering is a breeze with an account and it only take a couple minutes!

How can I check the status of my order?
After logging into your account, click on "Orders." Here you will see your orders and the current status of each. You can also view your invoice and view tracking information if it is available.
Can I cancel an order?
That depends on if your order is a stock item or a custom item. If your order contains a custom item that has gone into production, you will not be able to cancel. Please call us as soon as you know you want to cancel and we can tell you if we are able to stop the order or not and possibly minimize your fees.
Do you accept checks?
No, we do not accept checks.
Do you do production samples?
We don't do production samples per se, but if you would like to see what your badge would look like before placing the entire order, you can simply order one badge, save your design to your account, and wait to receive in the mail to ensure it meets your unique needs.
